Standardized Operating Procedures
For the sale, lease, and rental of residential real property, as required by New York Real Property Law 442-h and 19 NYCRR 175.30.
Signature Premier Properties, Licensed Real Estate Broker, located at 95 W Main St, Sayville, NY 11782, maintains the following standardized operating procedures for prospective homebuyers.
1. Identification
Prospective homebuyers are not required to show identification before receiving assistance or being shown a property, except where the owner of a property has imposed such a requirement as a condition of access, or where identification is required by law or by a third party controlling access to the property.
2. Exclusive buyer broker agreement
Prospective homebuyers are not required to sign an exclusive buyer broker agreement before receiving assistance or being shown a property.
3. Pre-approval for a mortgage loan
Prospective homebuyers are not required to provide a mortgage pre-approval before receiving assistance or being shown a property, except where the owner of a property has imposed such a requirement as a condition of access. A pre-approval may be requested before an offer is submitted, and may be required by a seller as a condition of accepting an offer.
